Current planning contemplates a proposed Boeing 747-400F launch platform, subject to satisfactory technical and records due diligence, definitive aircraft agreements, financing, registration, airworthiness acceptance and regulatory approval.
Recruitment, training, commercial contracting and launch communications will be sequenced against verified certification and aircraft milestones. No public launch date is presently announced.
Corporate development
Maple Cargo welcomes corporate-development discussions that support the proposed future operation without representing that current air transportation is available.
All discussions are exploratory and non-binding unless and until definitive agreements are executed. Any proposed dry-lease, CMI, ACMI, wet-lease or related structure remains subject to legal, commercial, technical, insurance and regulatory review. The identity and role of the actual licensed and operating carrier must be stated accurately in any future service documentation.
