This website is published by Maple Airlines Ltd., an Alberta corporation carrying on business as Maple Cargo. References to “Maple Cargo,” “Maple,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to Maple Airlines Ltd. unless the context expressly states otherwise.
2. Pre-operational status
Maple Cargo is a pre-operational airline project. It is developing a proposed Canadian all-cargo operation and is not representing that it currently holds all authority required to operate or sell the proposed air service.
3. No sale or public offer of air service
Maple Cargo does not currently offer or sell air transportation. This website does not provide cargo booking, flight reservation, rate quotation, schedule, tariff, available-capacity, payment or deposit functionality. No content on this website creates an offer capable of acceptance or a contract for the transportation of passengers or goods.
4. Conditions to any future operation
Any future air service is conditional upon, among other matters, Transport Canada certification, Canadian Transportation Agency licensing, prescribed liability insurance, aircraft availability and airworthiness acceptance, definitive contracts, and all other applicable domestic, foreign, customs, security and route-specific approvals.
5. Aircraft and programme information
References to a proposed aircraft type, operating model, base, timetable or business plan describe current planning assumptions only. They do not establish ownership, lease rights, availability, operating authority, a firm launch date or a commitment to provide service. Planning may change following due diligence, regulatory consultation or commercial review.
6. Partnership discussions
Maple Cargo may conduct exploratory discussions with aircraft owners, lessors, licensed air carriers, maintenance providers and other corporate counterparties. Unless expressly stated in a definitive written agreement signed by authorized parties, those discussions are non-binding and subject to legal, technical, commercial, insurance and regulatory review.
7. Operator identity
No third-party airline or aircraft operator is represented on this website as currently operating a Maple Cargo air service. Any future arrangement involving another operator must accurately identify the licensed and operating carrier and satisfy all applicable approval and disclosure requirements.
8. Recruitment communications
Any expression of interest or résumé submitted to Maple Cargo is for future consideration only unless a written employment offer states otherwise. No website statement guarantees recruitment, training, employment, a start date or a particular aircraft assignment.
9. No regulatory endorsement
References to Transport Canada, the Canadian Transportation Agency or any other authority describe applicable regulatory workstreams only. They do not imply endorsement, acceptance or approval by any authority.
